PUBLIC NOTICE OF HEARING
Take notice that Hout Fencing of Wyoming, Inc., applicant; and the Wyoming Military Dept., titleholder; have filed application for a Special Permit to allow aggregate extraction in an Agricultural District on property described as part of the NE1/4 of Section 36, Township 27 North, Range 66 West, Platte County, Wyoming. This property is located at the northwest corner of Quarry Road and SH 270, Guernsey.
Public hearings on the request will be held before the Platte County Planning and Zoning Board on Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at 7:00 P.M. and before the Board of Commissioners on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at 10:00 A.M.
Expressing any concerns to the Planning Office, P.O. Box 728, Wheatland, WY 82201 at least a week before the first hearing allows this office to incorporate your input into the Staff Report, thereby bringing awareness of issues to the Boards prior to the hearing. Submitting them in writing to the Planning Office is preferable, but you are also welcome to call. Questions may be answered by calling 307-322-1341.
