Multi-Purpose Vehicles (MPV)
Examples of MPV's include: 4-Wheelers, Mules, Rangers, golf carts, etc.
Beginning January 1, 2008, all MPV owners will be required to obtain a title for that vehicle.
Registration (plates) will not be required unless the vehicle is operated on the streets or highways.

to determine if their vehicle is a MPV and if their MPV fits the requirements to operate on public roads.
