Wyoming Title Application/VIN Inspection Form: Application for Wyoming Title, used primarily for new vehicles and/or vehicles with out-of-state titles. May also be used for Non-Transferable Titles, Mobile Home Titles and Branded Titles. Also used for VIN Inspections performed in the State of Wyoming. (See Titles for more information).

Out of State VIN Inspection Form: Application for Wyoming Title used the same as above, but must be used if a VIN Inspection is required and the vehicle is not located in the State of Wyoming. This form must be filled out by a law enforcement officer in the state in which the vehicle is being inspected. If the vehicle is in Wyoming, use the form above.

Duplicate Title Application: Application for a Duplicate Title, to be used to apply for lost, stolen or mutilated (damaged) title.

MPV Checklist & Application Form: Used to apply for a MPV or ORV title. Must be completely filled out in order to title any sort of Multi-Purpose Vehicle.

Bill of Sale: Bill of Sale form, can be used to write out a bill of sale to an individual. If the vehicle is sold in Wyoming, or to an individual who lives in Wyoming, the buyer can drive with a notarized bill of sale for 45-days before getting license plates and paying sales tax on the vehicle.

Warranty and Notarization Statement: Form that is used when an owner or owners of a vehicle need to sign a title over to a new buyer but the title itself is not available. This is usually used when one or more parties cannot sign the original title in front of a notary at the same time, or when the title is lost and a duplicate title has been applied for. THIS FORM DOES NOT REPLACE AN ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE OF TITLE. Any title transfer must still be done with an original Certificate of Title.

Affidavit of Vehicle Valuation: Affidavits of Vehicle Valuation are used by dealerships to compute the "factory price" of a new or used vehicle. This form must accompany all Manufacturer's Statements of Origin. They may also be included with used vehicles. These forms are especially helpful for us if they come with trailers, campers, motorcycles and ATVs.

Affidavit of Error: Affidavits of Error are used when a mistake is made on title paperwork by the seller, when a title is assigned to the wrong party, if a notary made a mistake, or some other mistake is made that must be corrected.

Affidavit of Repossession: Affidavits of Repossession are used when lien holders need to repossess a vehicle or other secured property. This form must be completed by the financial institution in order to complete the repossession process and obtain a repossession title in the name of the lien holder.

Mobile Home Affidavit: Mobile Home Affidavits are used to surrender mobile home titles. Mobile home titles are surrendered when the mobile home is put on a permanent foundation and the owners of the property wish to have the mobile home taxed and transferred as real property.

Voter Registration & Change Form: This form is for voters to register to vote and to change their voter registration in the State of Wyoming. This form must be filled out in full, signed in the presence of a notary public, and sent in with a copy of the applicant's driver's license. Remember, voter registration closes 30 days prior to any election, so registration applications will not be accepted during that time unless the voter is voting absentee.

Absentee Ballot Request Form: This form is for voters to request an absentee ballot for any election in the county. Any voter is qualified to vote absentee if he/she so chooses to do so. Absentee ballots can be requested for an entire year, or for separate elections. Our office will start taking absentee requests for the 2008 election season starting January 1, 2008.
