The County Clerk ensures that all documents presented for recording are recorded as required
by Wyoming State Statutes and maintains all index books, record books, plats, maps and all other
items of permanent public record in the best condition possible.
The County Clerk also handles payroll, accounts payable, and human resources.

May 15th - May 30th: Filing dates for application for nomination for Primary Election ballot candidates
May 23rd - May 24th: Democratic State Convention in Jackson
May 30th: Republican State Convention in Rock Springs
July 10th - August 18th: Absentee Voting period
July 21st: Last day to register to vote before Primary Election
August 1st: Public test of election equipment
August 6th - August 29th: Filing Period for school board, community college and special district positions
August 19th: Primary Election Day
