NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLATTE COUNTY

LAND USE RULES & REGULATIONS

 

Notice is hereby given of a public hearing, to be held at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, December 22, 2025. The location of the hearing is the Agriplex (4-H Building), located at 59 Antelope Gap Road in Wheatland. The purpose of said hearing is to accept public comments on proposed changes to Chapter 13.15 (Solar Energy Facilities) and Chapter 13.20 (Wind Energy Siting & Facilities) of the Platte County Land Use Rules & Regulations. The proposed changes can be examined at https://www.plattecountywyoming.com/news/post/21563/ or in the Office of the County Planner. The Planning Office is in the County Courthouse (800 9th St., Wheatland). You may also submit written comments regarding the proposed changes by emailing planner@plattecountywyoming.com, by mailing them to PO Box 728, Wheatland, WY 82201 (Attention Planning Office); or by delivering them to the Planning Office.
