Daniel Stone, Western Sunset, LLC has filed an application for a Special Use Permit for   Aggregate Extraction within a RAM Zoning Classification, located in Pt SW4NE4, Pt NW4SE4, Pt NE4SW4, Pt SE4NW4, Section 2, Township 30 North, Range 68 West, Platte County, Wyoming.  Public hearing for this request will be held by the Platte County Planning and Zoning Commission on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 6:00 PM  in the Commissioner’s Room of the Platte County Courthouse, located at 800 9^th St, Wheatland, WY, and by the Platte County Commissioners on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 10:00 AM, in the same location.  Let your voice be heard, come to the meetings and/or send an email to planner@plattecountywyoming.com with any thoughts, concerns or ideas.
