Subject:      Notice of Public Test of Voting Equipment (W.S. § 22-11-104(b)(iii))

Pursuant to W.S. § 22-11-104(b)(iii), notice is hereby given that a public test of voting equipment will be conducted on Monday, July 20, 2026 beginning at 9:00 AM. The test will take place in the Commissioner Room at the Platte County Courthouse (800 9th St., Wheatland). Take note that space is limited, but best efforts will be
made to ensure those interested are able to attend. Political party representatives, representatives of independent candidates and at least three (3) members of the public shall be allowed entry for the test according to Wyoming law. Any occupancy space remaining will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Following the test, equipment will be sealed and prepared for delivery to polling places for use on election day. Electors may challenge the use of electronic voting equipment within five (5) days of the machine being sealed by filing a complaint in the district court pursuant to W.S. § 22-10-110.
