NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING RESCHEDULE of PUBLIC MEETING DATES

Site Layer 4, LLC has filed an application for the following: Rezone from Ranching Agricultural and Mining land classification into Industrial classification in Sec 4, SE1/4 Sec 5, SE1/4 Sec 7, S1/2 & NE1/4 Sec 8, All Sec 9, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, N1/2NW1/4 Sec 29, Township 23 North, Range 65 West AND S1/2 Sec 33, Township 24 North, Range 65 West, Platte County, Wyoming. Public hearings for these applications have been rescheduled. Public hearings for these applications will now be held by the Platte County Planning and Zoning Commission on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at 1PM at the Agriplex (4H Building), located at 59 Antelope Gap Road, Wheatland, WY, and by the Platte County Commissioners on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at 1 PM in the same location.  Let your voice be heard, come to the meetings and/or send an email to planner@plattecountywyoming.com with any thoughts, concerns or ideas by noon on August 20, 2026.
