Public Records Request

Pursuant to Wyoming Statute 16-4-202(e), County Clerk Malcolm Ervin is designated as the person to receive all applications for public records requests otherwise known as Freedom Of Information Act/FOIA requests. All requests for records must be submitted in writing. You can submit a request by utilizing this online form, or by emailing pcclerk@plattecountywyoming.com, or by mailing requests to PO Box 728, Wheatland, WY 82201.

You may be responsible for for certain costs, if there is a cost to produce the record. However, documents that are immediately available and can be emailed have no cost associated. For more information about potential charges please look at Resolution #2017-03.
